Stop Eating When You Feel Full

Many of us won’t stop eating when we are full. Especially those of us brought up to leave a ‘clean plate’  and don’t like to leave extra or left over food on the plate.

Let’s face it, there is absolutely no shame in leaving that extra portion of food on your plate. When your stomach feels full, just push yourself away from the table and say “No More For Me Thanks!”.
